Description
Ok this little Scene is finally finished. I managed to recreate the maps for the spider and make it look the way I wanted it to. 
I am learning as I go, so I am pretty happy with what I accomplished with this one. It is rendered much larger than the original test, so it took almost 2 days to render.

I always liked the idea that a lot of old beliefs and ways would carry on forever into the future. I mean, why wouldn't they? It's so common in sci-fi to envision a future with no religions, no folklore, and no superstitions, but these things have been with us since time immemorial, so I don't see why they also wouldn't be with us in the far future. Sure, they might change somewhat, but they'd still be with us.
